Shipping policy

IN-STORE: please inspect your item before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied because all sales are final. If the item is found defective within 7 days of the purchase date, the item may be exchanged for a store credit upon management's approval. Only within 7 days of purchase date.   We will only issue store credits! No cash or card refunds! We will not offer an exchange, refund, or store credit for any item, for any reason if you have had more than 7 days! The receipt must be present at the time of exchange. If your item is accepted there may be a restocking fee of up to 10% per item. 

SHIPPED ITEMS: We inspect all items before packaging and shipping to ensure you are getting a quality product.   If any items arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (Ex: USPS, UPS, etc.) Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. Southern Farmhouse Home Collection is not responsible for any damaged or broken products that happen during shipping. We will not refund, or exchange broken or lost items.
