Return & Exchange Policy: 

In store : please inspect your item before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied because all sales are final. If item is found defective within 14 days of the purchase date, item may be exchanged for a store credit upon managements approval. Only with in 14 days of purchase date.   We will only issue store credits! No cash or card refunds! We will not offer an exchange, refund or store credit for any item, for any reason if you have had more then 14 days! Receipt must be present at the time of exchange. 

Shipped items : We inspect all items before packaging and shipping to insure you are getting a quality product.   If any items arrive damaged, or get lost in the mail, You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (Ex: USPS, UPS, etc.) Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier. Southern Farmhouse Home Collection is not responsible for any damaged or broken products that happen during shipping. We will not refund or exchange broken or lost items.  

INSTORE PICKUP ITEMS: after choosing in store pickup we will have your item ready to be picked up the next day. You will have 1 week to pick up your order, after 1 week your item is restocked to the store and you will not be refunded for the item. 

In store purchases are non refundable and we will not issue a store credit if damaged after leaving the store!
